Silicon Valley's New Rules

Rule one is obviously doing more with less.
Rule two, less R&D
Rule three, going fabless.
Rule four, startups will be mainly self-funded during early stages.
Rule five, don’t expect a job to last for more than a couple years.
Rule six, it will become increasingly tough to change career paths.
Rule seven, 80% of design will leave Silicon Valley by 2015.
Rule eight, companies will be marketing centric.
Golden rule, the person with the gold, makes the rules.

What have I missed, what needs to be added and what I am I just plain wrong about?
