I will try my luck and submit my application. Hilig ko talaga magkotingting.
In fact ako pa ang gumagastos para bumili nang mga kits na maassemble.
Gustong gusto ko and trabaho nang R&D. Doon sa map sa website nila
their address is near mmldc and after padi's pt in sumulong highway. Magpapasama
nalang ako sa pinsan ko who lives in Marikina.

Sir RD, I googled Innovatronix and saw thousands of international forums discussing the Tronix Explorer product. Its very uplifting to see a filipino brand being highly praised in international forums specially in the field of electronics. Bihira iyon. What more dito pala sa electronicslab forum ang designer. Very proud ako sa inyo. Siguro ang galing galing niyo ni sir anthony magdesign.  |

nung nandun pa ako, 17k per month ang starting. and after 1 year, nasa above 20k na. 'di kasing taas ng multinational and sahod abroad, but quite competitive for a local company.
wala na sila ngayon sa dating opisina. mas malapit na sa simbahan ng Antipolo.

very competitive yan sis... 19k for starting malaki na yan. tapos 10% pa after 6 months. every 6months ba ang increase jan? |

every year sis. tapos depende sa appraisal sayo, mostly 10% ang average increase ng lahat ng employees (kasama na 'yung Store Officers ng Tronix outlets nationwide ). AFAIR, 30% ata ang maximum increase. |

hehe! ngaun ko lang nabasa ito...medyo nanghihinayang ako last June...
tinurndown ko kasi ang invitation nila sakin for exam kasi nakapirma nako
ng contract sa Accenture.although love ko rin ang RnD pero alam ko sa
sarili ko na hindi pako kasing lupit ng mga tao dito sa Elab hehe! kung
alam ko lng ang kasasadlakan ko sa Accenture siguro ngexam nko sa
Innova..pero hindi nmn ako nagsisisi ngaun sa sitwasyon ko..masaya nmn
ako sa Fujitsu ngaun hehehe!
maganda dun sa Innova mga sis...it's a good stepping stone pra sa mga
fresh grad na may passion sa RnD works..ska maganda ang mga appraisals
at compensation nila...hindi lang un maganda rin ang growth at siguradong
magiging competitive ka in the near future like ng mga taong nanggaling dun...
