right and the most effective to avoid hacking is "encryption". even the hacker get the infos he want he can't use it if the site have a encrypted security, and one more of the encryption it must be randomize.

its very disappointing that this is happening, the govt should act on this matter. dapat secured at trusted ang web host ng govt sites, bka pati iyon tinitipid/kinukurakot. |

what pati ang tesda nahack din? puro kurakot kasi pati yung security ng mga govt sites tinitipid.. syempre simula yan sa pinakamataas si gloria!!! malamang ginagamit din ito para hindi matuloy ang automated election, mapprevent na kasi ang dayaan sa election so kung sasabhin na madaling mahack ang govt sites natin baka yung resulta ng election manipulahin din...nu po sa tingin nyo? |

i think si gloria din my pakana nyan para matigil ung elections, sympre alam naman ng lahat na ayaw nyang maalis sa pwesto natatakot kasi syang pag hindi na sya powerful, pwede na syang makulong. saka kung titingnan nyo, hindi naman vital ung mga site na tinira kasi hindi naman database ng mga govt websites ang tinira parang ang labas nananakot lang sila para ang tao matakot na ituloy ang elections. tingin ko lang naman yan.

baka matandang newbie ang mga system admin nila sabi kasi nila they have implaced na counter measures.. tapos paulit ulit paring nahahack... baka medyo eng eng na siguro yung nagpapatakbo ng system nadaan sa palakasan kaya nakapasok sa government.. hehehe ganyan naman dyan kelangan malakas ang backer hehehe tsk tsk.. I mean even with free Opensource software di naman mahack siguro ng ganyan kadali hehehe paulitulit nalang hehehe di naman kelangan ng malaking budget dun php naman yata yan hehehe

Answers:
Why? 1)We need to ask the SysAd or the N.E they could explain their negligence if they cant
that is too much negligence.
2) Chinese,Indonesians? Know our ISP's what IEEE node these were peered to?
3) ? Maybe some Filipinos are cracking their system too.( I have no idea but that
is an opinion)
How? There are two kinds of intrusion (internal ,external) hacking.
About 1)internal hacking , encryption,encapsulations ,filter ,fire walling is nothing to do with
it.The level of malicious treat is near the perimeter of a system where it might point to the
nearest access.This is done with a little script even with what mode of Network
connections be it wired or wireless.A simple instructions and DIY is the "Simple hacking
WiFI AP" this knowledge could be a fruitful means to hacking inside the Network.
note* ..this is a sort of explanations and no other intentions to motivate/share the way
of cracking -the author has no responsibility of whatsoever this idea may contains.
So;If I am doing an access, for instance in one network say intranet to internet
I might issue some command in my cli /console and send(ARP/ICMP/) trac***
IP.1 .......
IP.2.......
IP.3......
and bingo, I am able to distinguish the path of the network? say http(s)://IP.1/( here it is!)
or IP.2/(here it was..) or IP.2(here it will come!)
It can be prevented only and only if , the concerns IT of a network knows how to
subdivided the level of his Network Security System.
2)external hacking , they said (If you cant send them a bomb send them nails!)
a) beware of **ware that is an invitations to hacking.
b) UDP punching that is bombarding access to port to flow their packet along.
Skype,Maji-Jack,Teamviewer thier access protocols are the best protocol to used
in hacking(not saying they are hackers)
c) sorry, it could be applied to down this forum.
When? Every day, 24x7 their machine is on stand by.
