depende kasi un sa mga hosting comapanies kung saan na hohost ang govrnment. dapat ang pinipili na hosting conmpany ay cguradong secured. |

yung mga website ng gobyerno natin hindi din naman updated yung security talagang madaling pasukin, pero yung sunod sunod na panghahack hindi ako bilib na walang kinalaman yung mga kontra sa automated elections  |

yung mga website ng gobyerno natin hindi din naman updated yung security talagang madaling pasukin, pero yung sunod sunod na panghahack hindi ako bilib na walang kinalaman yung mga kontra sa automated elections posible rin ung mga employee ng hosting campany. he he he, sa sobra cguro galit sa systema... |

The number one suspect is the developer of the site or the one who upload program, they know the password. they can edit the web anytime they want. otherwise you can use special program to crack it and redesign and upload it again by using FTP software

Websites on the internet are always prone to attacks.
This is just pure vandalism and nothing really serious.
Unless the webmaster/admin has sensitive data on them which is really dumb on their part.
But Automated election results/comms, *SHOULD* not pass thru public network such as the internet.
Else there will be bigger possibility of hacking.

that's right, here of some of the hacking technique of the website, Most of the programmer create an admin side of the website not separately. for example. electronicslab.ph/forum then you going to the forum because the keyword "forum" is the directory of the forum section of electronicslab.
most of the programmer use keyword "admin" or "sitenameadmin" this is use for the section of moderator of the site. ex. "electronicslab.ph/admin" it will go to admin or moderator section, I don't know if this is work to electronicslab. but you can try it to the other site, and you find out that the site display the login section of the owner or moderator of the site.

Nobody.. no commercial that explains this voting machines.. what they are pano yung system bakit secure.. kaya naman parang suspicious.. Parang we are being kept in the dark.. pero maraming pondo para sa mga walang kwentang komercial na ginagamit lang para sa election ng mga opsiyal ng gobyerno... tsk tsk tsk..
