How about kung lagyan pa ng barometer or humidity sensor?
Kung malapit ng umulan, mag-close ang stadium.

meron sa google type mo rain detector. Ginamitan ko ng multisim gumana naman palitan mo na lang ng 2n2222 at 2n2906/ equivalent MPS4126.
