win 7 install pls help..

I have a problem installing windows 7 ultimate on my laptop.. Naghinto po sa unang boot after setup,yung pong sa 1st start up after installation.Black screen lang at tsaka blinking cursor. Nasubokan ko ng mag install ng beta version ng windows 7 sa laptop na ito at walang problema.I have also tried this windows 7 ultimate installer to other computers and it install without a glitch.I have an acer aspire 5570z. Does anyone here have had this problem? Any response is deeply appreciated. Thank you for reading!

give us the specs of your laptop. better that never use the upgrade installation, new installation always. remove the old files first before you install the new OS

Thanks a lot for the reply.. but i have solved the problem. There was a problem during the install when i was partitioning using acronis.
