Agree.. nakak relate ako..
si sir ampoloqiuo. pinagmamalaki pa na ang prc ang tanging review center na ang owner ay isang PECE,
ang balita ko sa dept head namin ECE na PECE ay kasabayan nyo sya na kumuha ng PECE.
sabi nya, questionable/nababatas ang pagiging PECE nyo dahil may kapit kayo sa loob. My PECE professor wont lie on us, his students for 3yrs.
you are always saying na ang head ng EXCEL ay civil engr. businessman.ok lang. ikaw nman ano, manloloko?
nakalagay sa brochure nila.....  eh ano kung hindi ECE ang may-ari at least nagpeperform naman at nagagawa yung tungkulin nila sa mga reviewees nila di tulad nga ng may-ari ay ECE, naninira ng iba para lang makahatak |

Anybody in manila who knows the review center named "Review Focus"? Need to know details and background. The owner Engr. Hermo is promoting it here in Mindanao and he said that 3 reviewers of Excel are resigning. The PRC mentioned in this forum and Review Focus are the same entity?

Review Focus? ang alam ko si sir hermo ay isa sa may ari ng PRC d2 sa manila pero walang review focus d2. iisa lang siguro yan. at tungkol sa reviewer ng excel, hindi totoo yang sinasabi ni hermo. |

nakalagay sa brochure nila RF-PRC. hindi pala totoo nagaalisan mga reviewers ng excel. ang ibig mong sabihin nagsisinugaling si sir hermo? Can we trust this review center? Ano reputation ng PRC dyan sa maynila?

Mga taga PRC (Ampoloquio, Hermo at Tamayo) ay sila ang naninira ng mga review centers noong pumunta sa skol namin. Kahit sa text ginamit pa word "greedy". Sila yata ang "GREEDY". Gusto yata sa mga gagong ito mag away yung ECE at CE. Di ba yung reviewers nila na si Esplana at Padilla, mga CE yung. So hindi nila kadugo yun, kadugo yun ng may-ari ng excel.
Mga future reviewees, kunting ingat sa mga PECE na manloloko.

I hope review centers would stop hurling personal issues against other review centers. Kawawa po ang mga students torn between two lovers - esteh torn between two or many review centers pala.   Focus na lang po tayo to motivate students (fast learner or not) to study smartly. Wouldn't it nice for review centers to collaborate with each other para mapataas ang National Passing percentage. |

hahahaha.. natatwa ko dahil yung PRC nag start ng topic na toh, para magmayabang, cla pala mababagsakan, XD yang PRC kapag pinupuri sa forum, wala pa 5 mins. nag rereply na yan, magmamalaki na yan,,yayabang nanaman, kapag nman againts sa kanila. tatahimik yan, hahahahah.. eh kaso ngayon bunyag na sila eh, worst ECE RC., d pa man din nagccmula.  |

... pero guys lets give PRC the benefit of the DOUBT until proven Guilty...
Base on the RC WARS Thread... lahat naman ng RC ay gustong kumita, sino ba namang hindi... but again... its not about the Review center its about the quality of review they give...
Sana ma invite ako sa PRC at ng personally makita ko ang place and maybe post here on how they teach reviewers...(Fair jornalism practice)

RC Wars na talaga.
Also in fairness to PRC, wala silang "new" members brigade.
Pero kung totoo ang mga paratang, this is a disgrace to an engineer.
Kung nag-sinungaling man ang PRC, file ninyo ng libel or directly to the commission para matanggalan ng lisensiya.
Para wala ng away dito at sa korte na lang kayo mag-bakbakan.
BTW, I am not affiliated in any RCs and never have gone to a review with any of them.
