Sa networking pala to  hehehehe,   you simply connect switch interfaces together ..... what type of aggregation are you talking about?  Depende kasi yan sa functionality and capabilities ng switch.

Kung managed switch yang 3com 4400, most likely it will have separate uplink ports and support link aggregation.

If you are only using 10/100 interface as the uplink to the aggregation ( or core switch), you can bind two 10/100 interfaces together and do a port or link aggregation so the total uplink bandwidth is 200 MBPS.   So you will physically connect two 10/100 interface ports from your access switch to two interface of the aggregate/core switch.
