test nyo muna speed niyo dito http://2wire.com/bandwidth/initialmeter.php

tingnan niyo result.

after that punta kau sa >IE > internet option> connections> lan setting> check nyo "use a proxyserver from your lan">
sa address type niyo proxy.smartbro.net then sa port 8080

click ok 2 times

punta uli kau sa http://2wire.com/bandwidth/initialmeter.php

ito ang dati ko speed 241 Kbps
tapos nun binago ko ito na :843  Kbps

Non proxy: 518kbps
with proxy: 625kbps

yup sa ie nga, pero dun mismo sa crome? wala

thats why idont like google chrome. alang masyadong settings
