home monitoring? actually 99 percent nang bahay sa metro manila eh wala nito...
this includes

fire and earthquake monitoring.
burglar...
energy and water consumption.
access control
at climate control (minsan)

so it's very significant that if you have an extra penny sa wallet eh go buy a montoring equiment... you have the right to be informed! hihi

ano ba ito project na gagawin mo o bibili ka na ng existing sa market. kung project ito madami tutulong syo dito.  Wink

yes may available "X10" and some home automation. madalas sa hotels meron dito... but for home integration meron din.. kadalasan lang is home security...

kung project ito, as mr.coolet's said madami kmi dito hehe help ka po nila.

I used x10 sa bahay ko for almost 10 yrs now. Ang issue dito sa x10 ay nde reliable
there is a UPB din, better than x10 this is gonna be my next na gagamtin
You can use this with HAI home automation system
lahat nandun na including your alarm and other monitoring ek-ek Smiley
