Whats the best type of relay na pwede ko gamitin?

The device I'm building will function as a main power switch with a programmable timer (Microcontroller). Pahelp naman po sa type ng relay na gagamitin ko. I'm planning to use a 40A or higher relay ung type lang po ndi ko alam kung alin gagamitin ko  . bali ang operation po sana is the whole day naka ON ung relay then OFF na pag gabi (depende sa time programming) and also pag may power interruption OFF na din xa then pag may power na ulet may konting delay (done by an internal delay mech) then ON na ulit.

now lang po  kc ako gagamit ng relay, may mga questions din po ako like: nagiinit po ba ung relay pag buong araw naka-ON? and may nakita po ako sa wiki na "latching relay", meron po ba ng high current capable nun?

ang relay ay nag didipende lang yan sa programm mo hindi naman siya mag iinit kasi para lang naman siyang switch.

40 Amps?.. Magnetic contactor kailangan mo..  usually kasi 10 amps below ang rating ng relay.

meron 40amps ng omron gamit sa mga freezer unit. to switch on and off ng comptessor.
