sakit sa ulo talaga ang handy cafe ko..ala na new update sila...simula ng nagpalit ako load balancing router nag loko na handy cafe ko..palagi na di makikita ung client kahit na ka ON na..yung ginawa kong remedy eh reinstall the client.madali naman kasi reinstall ang handy cafe..kaya yun nakikita naman sa server yung client..sino po ba may experience dyan same sa akin?..share ur experience bout handy cafe..especially icafe owner or maintenance sa cafe..^_^

check mo n lng cguro sa settings ng software na yan.... minsan kasi nasa settings nila yan eh.... or sometimes kahit sa simpleng networking eh di makita or ma access ung PC ay hindi makapasok sa shared...firewall ang tinitingnan...then sa anti-virus... kpg wala parin check mo ung setting ng router mo baka nandun ung kasagutan ^__^ ..

Ganyan din nagiging problem ko sa net cafe ko, but thanks to deepfreeze, na solve lahat ng sakit ulo ko..try mo lang bro baka mkatulong...  |

deepfreeze is not a anti virus or any software that could fix problems to ur PC, it's only a software which freezes ur entire PC image so when restarting all settings and changes were made brings back to it's original image/settings, thats why ur files saved in ur comp is not existed after restart...

isang software lng ang napansin ko nag kaya mag update kahit naka deepfreeze... un ay ung Windows mo....
nakaturn on kc saken ang windows update ko.... specially on freshly installed OS... after nun kpg lumabas na ung WGA, remove lng ^____^.... wala nmn xang side effect.. till now..

bakit deep freeze ang napag usapan dito??..helow???....ok ka lang??hehe...talkin bout deepfreeze, bihasa na ako dyan..i mean..alam ko na na pasikot-sikot sa deepfreeze..hehe..balik sa handy cafe...ito lang talaga nakikita ko na almost complete sa features eh..yun nga lang may bug talaga sa program na magiging offline ung client nya...but when reinstalling it ,,balik online agad...

sorry bout deepfreeze ..ahahaha... mangyari kasi multiple partition ang ginawa ko sa mga PC, ang naka freeze na partition is the OS, separated po ung mga OL games, antivirus software na alam ko na nag-uupdate once in a while, and of course the DATA.
If u really are master of deepfreeze, then maximize the feature of this software..
re : the Handycafe ,some antivirus software will detect this free version as Trojan..that's why nadedelete po ang client.

2 years ko nang gamit ang Handy Cafe software at ni minsan di nawala ang client...
Baka may alam ako sa Deepfreeze na hindi mo alam....jejejejeje

cge nga alam mo ba kung panu ma extend ang limited time trial ng deepfreeze? (for deepfreeze trial users)
using two partitioned HDD it doesn't mean ur protected... kc exposed nga ung 2nd partition eh.... so protected man ung 1st but it doesn't mean protected din un kabila or wala virus PC mo.... so in ur setup ung OS configuration lng ang nasasave ng deepfreeze mo but hindi kasama ung ibang programs na nakasave sa 2nd partition..
otherwise deepfreeze has nothing to do with the problem if the problem has already occurred in the 1st place ^_^ and deepfreeze will saved that up to the last...shall we say.....
reinstall handy cafe configure it out... if its working fine... then install deepfreeze...so when problem occurs again.... just restart the PC then booom~!..see whats happen... ^____^
2nd we cannot maximize the feature of deepfreeze because were not the one who create it...

1st thing is you dont know deepfreeze...you dont know what u are talking about coz you dont have any experience with this software..Ako net cafe owner for more than 5 years(/maintenance na din ng net cafe /engr by virtue of PRC examination.) and araw araw ko nakaka encounter ng mga problems re:software and hardware kaya alam ko na kung ano solution..
second thing is: we are trying to solve the problem of Mr. Almost( thread starter)...in which my
solution is : try using deepfreeze to protect the Handy cafe client installed..We are not talking about protecting the other partition/ disk or blah-blah balh...coz our main problem is nwawala ang client...
Marami pa kcing dapat gawin to sa pc mo to have a total security.. now it is up to you to discover...I will not spoonfed all the details coz alam ko na magaling ka na...

ako.. hmmpp.... computer technician lng po kc ako for 2 years.... I've been using Deepfreeze for two yrs.... even my boss were proud that i recommend that software ^__^
despite of it's advantage and disadvantage in his computer shop..
actually i got 2 ways to extend the Deepfreeze life warranty .....
1st one, extension for up to 3 months or 4....depends on the situation...
and of course the lifetime.... also depends on the situation^__^ (w/o buying a license)
why depends on the situation?.... it's because not all errors including OS errors... since deepfreeze was installed it doesn't mean we couldn't get any error...(such as "Windows has recovered from a serious error/problem...w/c is kpg nag occur hindi matatangal kung di mo didisable then enable ang deepfree)
NOtice: after windows installtion has been done.. install all programs=> then turn ON ur automatic update, youll see that ur Windows update will still install windows update into ur PC .... reason why?... hindi ibig sabihin protected ka sa virus protected ka na rin sa Windows na pede mag occur sa PC...kagagawan ng hardware and other software interruptions ^__^ (such as system hang... etc..)
2nd..
you didn't explain to him how or when to use deepfreeze before the problem occurs... (sorry if u feel bad again... i know u do ^_^)

I am a Computer Engineer...baka kala mo..hehe..cguro di pa kayo apektado sa bug ng handy cafe.sana ma eexperience nyo din ang naging epxerience ko..hehe

sometimes kc ..... nirerestart ko ung buong network para mareset... but if hindi parin... kailangan ma isolate ung PC then checheck ung settings nya... mapapansin mo un kpg di makita ng ibang computer ung shared documents nia...

50% nmn system configuration (matagalan yan ^__^) since ur on business kailangan quick solution ASAP..
