What S/W to remove Adult friendfinder pop-ups

Ano ba magandang s/w to remove the adult friendfinder chat popups that usually pops up on the bottom right hand corner of the browser?  At first, akala ko sa firefox lang meron nito but then it started to also pop-up sa google chrome which I dont use to browse pron sites.  That made me think that its not cookie based anymore but spyware/malware na.

Medyo nakakainis na kasi,  dati it will only pop-up on adult related sites eh ngayon maski sa electronicslab.ph nag-popup na rin siya.

Ano rin magandang s/w gamitin to prevent such sites from installing the spyware/malware.

i'm using firefox 3.0.14 < DAPAT ITONG VERSION OR LOWER KASI YUNG BAGONG UPDATE NILA MAY TOPAK PA SA LUMANG PLUGINS...

BLOCKSITE add-on
and
STOP AUTOPLAY add-on.

oo nga nakikita ko yan using IE. lalo na sa office na bawal maginstall nang firefox.

i'm also using AD BLOCKER add-on

Naglinis na ko ng mga spyware/malware using superantispyware at madami na nadetect at natanggal na spyware/malware at trojans  pero persistent parin, lumalabas pa rin yung aff popup kahit di naman ako magbrowse ng pron sites.

Last resort ko kasi gumamit ng "hijack this"  dahil masyadong matrabaho.
