in the philippines the process is as follows

1) REE
2) PEE
3) APEC EE

you cannot jump from one to three. experience and exams are needed for all three licenses.

pede poh ba makakuha through online nug mga journals? kasi parang kulang ung nasa school namin... broadcasting, mechatronix, and biomedical lang ang mga nakita kong mga journals... i think i need something more in electronics or electrical. san poh ba makakahanap nun?

IEEE membership does not help new immigrants in getting EE jobs here in Canada.

Employers give more importance to online certificates than your PRC license, APEC license or IEEE membership.

Online certificates are free.

I'am a member of IEEE north america and IEEE carricom... para sa akin e malaking tulong po being a member of this org,,it helps a lot when it comes to knowledge upgrading at forums with fellow members...been a member for 8 years and no complain... Grin

Although huminito ako for 2 years.

Mas mura kasi ang purchase ng research papers kung member ka.
