     If you know c++ you could use mikroc madali yun 4 beginners. For your texting, you could use
Laptop + Bluetooth dongle + Any phone w/ bluetooth. AT command din ang gamit using the virtual com port with the bluetooth. Kaso lng if you use this 2 and program mo one for mcu and one for pc.

Balak poh sana namen gamitin ung 6210 na phone and PIC16F877a pra sa application namen eh...un nalang poh ung gagamitin kasi poh sa tingin namen mdami kameng mapgtatanungan kapag ung old skul ung gagamitin namen,,hehe ung sa dlr3 cable poh my nkita aqng schematic meron poh xang PIC16F84 eh..dbah poh PIC din un means my program din xa??bka meron po kaung schem ng dlr jan or ng nkita poh namen sa atrox ung maganda nang gamitin..kung my program poh ung 16f84 bka pde pohng magingi pra sa dlr3 cable..TNX!

korek! dalawa version nyan... isang 4Mhz at 8Mhz... check mo muna kung ano gagamitin mong crystal.

kung ang issue mo ay yung mapagtatanungan ng solutions, i suggest have a gsm modem. mas maraming makakatulong sayo. GSM modems are pretty much standard.... sending SMS, recieving...  Actually, mas mahirap pa nga yung parsing. Understand that itong kay atrox, basically, ginagawa mong pa lamang GSM modem yung N6210. after that, magsisimula ka palang gumawa ng project.

Also, i see that you are just about to understand those programming, churva... ang akin lang, imbes na igulgul mo ang oras sa paggawa nyan (at pag intindi), have a kit and go straight to your project. im sure, in the middle of your project, may lalabas pang problem/s na dapat mas bigyan mo ng oras. isa pang issue na nakikita ko, medyo mahirap na hanapin ang lumang n6210....

pero kung may n6210 ka na on hand, go to this path....

yung phone poh kasi nakakita na kame pero tommorrow pa namen bibilhin ung n6210 eh,,sa headset nga poh namen ibibuild ung dlr eh..kaya poh kame tumuloy dito sa 6210 imbes na bluetooth module kasi ung last batch ng engineering samen nkgawa na din ng mejo malapit na project dito eh..c sir nomad nga daw yung tumulong sakanila kaya sa tingin namen matutulungan na nila kame sa hardware,sa programming sariling sikap kame..kaya tingin namen kapag nagkaproblema kame sa hardware ng ganun baka matulungan nila kame...hehehe(asa daw sa iba ) sana nga andun pa yung 6210 n un eh..

mga sir naencounter nio na poh ba ung problem sa 6210 kapag nakaconnect sa hyperterminal kapag ngtype ng AT,Ok nmn ung reply nia pro kpg other command na tuald ng AT+CMGF=1 error na xa lahat poh ng command na may at+ na error na xa...taz ngtry poh aq na tanggalin ung 6210 taz kpag ng type let aq ng AT OK padin reply nia..nu poh kea ung possible na problema samen ung dlr poh namen tested na xa kasi galing un sa thesis ng higher years namen(kahuyin daw)..kea lng nirewired ko ung connector ng subd9 ginamit ko ung kay atrox ndi poh kea mali lang ung number ng connection namen kasi poh mali ung sysmbol ng sub9 sa atrox pro sinunod nman poh namen ung numbering nia..?

mga sir tulong naman poh sa source code ng ginagwa ko..kc poh inuunti-unti ko poh yung pagbuo ng code mejo iniintindi ko pa ng line by line yung code na ginagawa ko..bago lang kasi eh.
gusto ko poh kasi sanang kapag nag high yung portb.0 mgsesend poh yung 6210 namen na connected com1,,isesend nia poh yung nsa message memory na nasa message memory 28..e2 poh yung code na ginagawa ko...paki tingin naman poh...

Mga sir help naman poh..napakasinple nalang hindi ko pa poh mapagana ng maasus eh..ung virtual terminal poh kasi hindi nia maread un "AT" na sinesend ng pic ko sa simulation eh..nareread po xa as null eh 00 00 00 ung lumalabas sa virtual terminal sa hex display mode..help naman poh kc balak ko sana na palitan ung virtual terminal ng compim na nakaconnect sa com1 ng pc ko ung dlr and 6210 ko..eto poh yung circuit ko..

I see no problem on the code. Make sure you have you compim configured correctly. I dont have a proteus installed here so I cannot check your file.

sa codes poh ala nmn xang problema eh..kc poh kpg nakakabit ung oscilloscope nkikita nmn poh ung wave form ng sinesend na AT message eh.kea lng kpg pinalitan na xa ng compim ung virtual terminal ala nmn nki2tang waveform sa tx ng compim..eto poh ung configuration ng compim..

Mga sis penge naman poh ng circuit diagram ng max232 connect sa 16f877a ska sa compim pra sa simulation sa proteus...connected poh ung dlr and 6210 sa physical com1 ng pc ko...ala poh akong mkita sa google eh...
