mga masters..
patulong naman po sa thesis namen na toh..ganito po yung mangyayare sa device..


bale my counter sensor po cia para sa passengers located at passenger's entry point tapos digital load cell po para sa mga sasakyan para maweigh cia pati ung laman ng vehicles..plano po namen sa ramp ng barko ilagay to kasi dun talaga papasok yung mga sasakyan..then nkaconnect po sila sa MCU para maaccumulate lahat ng weight..yung sa tao po may predefined average weight na kaya imumultiply na lang po un sa number ng tao na pumasok..

pg yung accumulated load weight po nya eh ngexceed dun sa gross tonage ng barko,edi overloaded na po..ang gagawin po ng device namen,mgsisend ng message sa PCG office para mpigilan maglayag yung barko..aun po..

any suggestions naman po jan kung panu namen gagawin to at anu anu po yung dapat namen iresearch..

A typical car weighs about 1.5 tons... so kailangan mo ng high capacity load cell.

pag aralan mo ang seawater displacement....kung ano ang bigat ng barko ay ganun din ang lubog ng barko...

consider mo specific gravity ng metal....

paano yung mga bagahe ng pasahero, loose cargo, container, etc., hindi ba kasama sa computation ng weight yun?

may mga bagay na dapat pa ring i-consider hindi lang yung weight ng mga pasahero, bagahe, etc.

pressure sensor is good if used in conjunction sa other factors tulad ng binanggit ko, deadweight tonnate, fresh water, fuel, at water ballasting ng barko. kung hindi isasama sa calculation ng weight ang ibang factors, ships will possibly tip, heel or capsize.

dahil puede ring dayain ng mga kapitan, chiefmate, or whoever is responsible (sa utos ng owner) ang stability ng barko.  mapapansin nyo rin sa barko na merong scale sa harapan (bow) at likuran (stern) at isa ito sa  ginagamit/pinagbabasehan sa DWT or deadweight tonnage calculation. 

example, ang maximum capacity ng pasahero ay 2000 pero ang nakasakay ay 2500 plus yung bagahe/cargo sa barko at base dun sa dwt pasado pa rin dahil hindi lumagpas sa maximum required tonnage/level (at considered na overloading), pero ang hindi alam ng marami, dahil binawasan ang water ballast (para mabawasan ang total weight at hindi binawasan dun sa calculation na na-submit sa office), umangat pa rin ang barko para lang i-keep yung required tonnage/level.  at ang effect nito ay instability (top heavy) at possibly capsizing.

kung ang purpose ng thesis ay para lang ipakita yung simpleng system, then, di na kailangang i-consider yung mga binanggit ko (pero importante  Grin.)

^ nung 2009 na pa yung ito. na buhay lang ni "webscatter"

yup! important din yung sa balast tanks. kailangan din connected sa mcu. ^_^

Kung ito ay invention or Master's/Doctor's Requirement....

There are many ways to design that  "barko" thing...Kung yung idea mo is new against  existing ones...much much much better...kaya nasabi ko kaya mo yan ...coz u need to find new ideas....maraming mga existing design now from it that u can innovate...

Wala kasing essence....parang re-inventing the wheel lng....kung u gather 100% ideas from tech people...

show your ideas to us....then tech people here will provide suggestions and hint sa idea....then carry on...

u will be the best after u made it....Smiley

Remember Archimedes Principle....sa water displacement....

coz we are only talking about weights ....

there are hundreds of test to be done bago mo maperfect mo to...

Life and death ang nakasalalay sa design n ito....

u consider 100% perfect ang design mo or fool proof.......
