i talkd wid excel employee regarding hermo. According to this emplyee, hermo is not capable of teaching anymore straight classes due to hypertension. Most of the time, he left the room to chek his bp at the office, a disturbing thing. In some instances, he was not feeling well and dismised the clas in just 30 minutes after start when it was intended for 3 hrs. The employee added, that hermo's convincing communication skills is effective in recruiting students but his teaching skills started to deteriorate, and for that reason, he wanted his work to be purely campaigning, which excel doesn't like. I think excel has a reason to discharge hermo. After being terminated by excel, hermo boosted to them that he was given lucrative fee by prc for each recruit he can bring and enrol at prc. in my opinion, givn the mentioned fact, hermo wud be better off in small review center. Also, as far as excel's lost is concern, i think its in the recruitment of students.

nakausap namin si sir hermo regarding kung bakit siya lumipat..pero syempre hindi ito ang binigay niyang reason...nice to read this thread at least i heard both side of the story kaya in my opinion sang-ayon ako sa sinabi ni sir hermo..=)

sympre hindi naman sasabihin ni sir hermo yung mga bagay o mga dahilan na detrimental para sa kanya..lalo na kung may "recruitment fee" sya from prc... ang pagkakaalam ko hindi sya lumipat kundi tinerminate sya. kung tinerminate ibig sabihin malalim talaga ang dahilan ng excel...anyway merry christmas to all...
